At this point, we’re ready to put code to keyboard and turn your project into reality. We’ll execute this stage with weekly sprints to allow for speed and timely updates to your team.
When ready to launch, we enter a beta phase first, kicking off a period of quality assurance and results data collection. And after we tighten up all the pieces, this project is ready to see the light.
Projects aren’t over when we launch. We’ll debrief after the project has been live for a few weeks and establish a plan to ensure maintainability of the project long-term.
